What we liked best was that the hotel was very nice, our room was very large, there was a beautiful view from the roof terrace, our balcony was huge and there was always an Arabic café downstairs, which we learned to love. But most of all I would like to thank Preeti and Kumar. Preeti and her colleagues always greeted us so warmly at the baggage check in the evening and we always had a short but very cordial chat. And Kumar and his team on the beach gave us the best service there is, day after day. I could list more names, but that would go beyond the scope here. But I wanted to highlight these two top people.

Excellent hotel & fab surroundings. All nationalities as visitors. English spoken staff & couldn’t do enough. It was my husbands birthday & that evening we went out to dinner & when we came back to the room there was a small cake with chocolate dates on the table saying, Happy Birthday. A lovely touch. They have great pools & choice of a few restaurants to suit each needs. There is an outside bar near the pool & quiet private beach. If you go over the bridge there is a lovely quaint town with nice eating places & coffee to die for. First Class experience.

The whole building feels like a palace and has its own island. In the night it is beautifully lit up. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious with a lot of choice and great service. There are nine pools, not huge ones, but some of them are infinity pools. Ramadan at the pool station was very helpful and Joy from the kids club would play tennis with my son. On top, the head of recreation management would also join in for a tennis games. As for the room we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite with a huge terrace and its own jacuzzi.

The hotel is really beautiful and in a great location, the decor is stunning. It looks like a palace in the reception area. The reception staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel has great facilities, very clean and fab amenities. The beach staff are lovely and very attentive.

Swimming pool and the jacuzzi were amazing and really clean. Beach is also nearby from the pool which is just right .. Staffs are friendly and accommodating as well. We went there with my freinds and they even prepare for us a little presents for us , was so welcoming.
